[blip.tv ?posts_id=4881901&dest=-1]NEA’s Bully Free: It Starts With Me campaign provides resources and training information about how you can help stand up for bullied students. Adults who pledge to help bullied students will make themselves known as individuals who will listen carefully to students in need.
EdVoices blogger and NEA Vice President Lily Eskelsen has written some great posts on the topic. Take a look at Lily’s post, “Bullying: Are you The One?” and take the pledge!
Today, President Obama praised the initiative at the White House’s Conference on Bullying Prevention, where NEA’s first-of-its-kind, large-scale research study on bullying was unveiled.
